DESCRIPTION: Black rice grain aromatic rounded.

FEATURES: brown rice aroma reminiscent of freshly baked bread. Natural born in Italy by crossing an Asian black variety and Italian. The natural black color is given by the presence of anthocyanins, powerful antioxidants. Being integral, the black rice contains a quantity of fibers and minerals, such as selenium, manganese, zinc and iron, higher than the white rice. The black rice also does not contain gluten.

USE: It is suitable for different preparations, from risotto to salads and as an accompaniment to main courses of fish and white meats. From flour black rice, slightly aromatic, confectionery products are obtained, but also baked goods, such as bread sticks, bread and pasta.
Only products bearing the brand value chain (see photo) on the label were allowed to be manufactured or marketed this extraordinary rice.
